How a rental runs
Pick a date
The castle books once per day. We need 72 hours’ notice — days inside that window are not open. If the date shows red, it is already out with somebody else.
Half down holds it
A 50% reservation fee holds your date. Once we receive it, it is non-refundable. If you cancel, the fee stays with us. If we cancel, you choose a refund or a reschedule. Weather is a reschedule, not a refund. The balance is due the day before the party. Full rules are in the Standard Rental Terms.
We drop off, set up, and take down
We deliver, inflate, stake it down and confirm it is running. After the 8-hour window we take it down. You do not haul the castle or set it up yourself.
We do not stay
Once the unit is up and running, turnover is done and we head out. An adult 18 or older supervises the whole time it is in use.
The lineup
Saturdays go first.
One castle, one party, one day. Saturdays go first — book the date before you print invitations.
